WHAT NEXT?

We are done with T-Ball. Last night was Wyatt's last game. On to the next thing I guess. I thought that summer break was supposed to be just that, a break, but for us it just gives the kids more time to do things and more chasing for me. I think that he had a lot of fun.

But, I think he is ready for something new too!!!

LEO'S PLACE

I have been waiting for the weather here to get nice so that we can spend some time outside. So while we have been IMPATIENTLY waiting, Kasha and I took the kids to Leo's Place.
The kids had a lot of fun. (And so did McKenzie=) She climbed right in with the kids.

ROXY DOG

This is Shane and Kenzie's dog Roxy. She is such a good dog. The kids love her, she gets so excited when they come around. We were at their house for dinner on Sunday and I had Oakleigh on the floor playing and Roxy went over and layed down on her tummy. It was so cute.

OUCH

Oakleigh had her 4 month well baby check yesterday, which meant it was time for more shots. I have to take Bryan with me to these appointments because I can not stand there and hold her down and watch her cry. It breaks my heart.
She is slowly growing. She weighed 12 lbs. and was 24 1/2 inches long.
When she got her 2 month shots she didn't have much of a problem. She was a little sore afterwards, but not for long. But this time, we have not been so lucky. The poor girl has been running a fever, and her legs are so tender. Any suggestions on what I can do to help her be more comfortable?

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME!

Wyatt had his first T-Ball game last night. It was fun to watch him. He has been waiting a long time to be able to play. Do you like his little ball pants and cleats? He is official!! Paden gave them to him, and he loves them.

I guess in T-Ball when you hit the ball, you only run one base at a time. But Wyatt has been watching Paden play for the last 3 years, and that is not how Paden does it. So, it was Wyatt's turn to bat, he hits the ball, and runs to 1st base, then second, and on his way to 3rd. There was someone else on 3rd and they were not running, but Wyatt wasn't going back, so he started telling the other little boy to "Run home, run home!" It was so cute!

BIGGEST LOSER!!!

O.K. so I have been wanting really bad to get rid of this baby weight and for some reason I just haven't been able to get motivated. I thought that with the summer coming, that would motivate me, NOPE. Bryan and I got us bikes a couple of months ago, at first I didn't ride it because I didn't have a trailer or a bike seat for Oakleigh. A couple of weeks ago I got a bike trailer, did that motivate me to ride? NOPE!! I have had my bike for 3 months and it is still brand new, I haven't even been on it once.
Since I have not been the only one complaining about those extra pounds we decided we would all do it together. So, today we step on the scale, and for the next four weeks we try to lose what ever we can, and on July 1st we will step on the scale again and see who the "BIGGEST LOSER" is.
I am hoping that by having others trying to do the same thing that maybe that will be the motivation that I need. And by posting this on my blog you can all keep bugging me asking me how I am doing =) Anyone else who wants to, feel free to join in.

So, here I go, WISH ME LUCK =)
