We had a GREAT Memorial Day weekend. Jason and Katie and the kids came and stayed with us. It was soooo fun to have them. We mostly just hung around the house the first couple of days. Bryan's family came up for a BBQ Saturday night and then Sunday after church we had dinner and then got together with a couple of his sisters and their families for games and treats!! Sunday we drove to Blackfoot to the cemetary and then went down to the river bottoms and roasted hot dogs. The kids LOVED it. It was such a nice day, well......for the most part. It did turn off crummy later in the after noon.
That night I got together with a couple of my good friends from high school and went to dinner. Kristen was here visiting so she and I and Steph went out for a little GNO. We went to dinner at Cafe Rio and laughed and visited til they kicked us out because they were closing. We then went over to Perkins for a little ice cream. I thought Perkins was an all nighter but NOPE, we got kicked out of there too because they were closing. So we went back to Steph's house for a while and visited and played on the computer. We had A LOT of fun and A LOT of laughs!!!!!

Honestly, we went camping at Beaver Dick Park in Rexburg (it was a last-minute plan), but we actually had a lot of fun there -- besides it's free to camp there! : ) The kids played and fished off the docks, there are playgrounds for the little kids, and four-wheeling trails there too. We did get a few college kids driving through late at night though... : ) We also really like to go to Cave Falls, we're going next week! We only have tents too, so both these should work for you! Good luck!
Oh, and if you're interested, we rented the canoes from BYU-I!
I love girl night outs. Glad you had fun with your friends. So I talked to Aaron about camping and we'd really like to. Either the second or third weekend would work. Just let us know what you're thinking.
